I love quiet Sunday afternoons, especially when it's rainy and drizzly. My hubby took a snooze and the kids disappeared to the basement to play. What a perfect time for me to jump on Scrapbook Max and get my latest & greatest idea out of my head and into reality! YAY!
So... here's a little sneak peak at what I'll be giving my neighbors, kids' teachers, friends and my hubby's co-workers for Christmas this year. This is obviously just the graphic image, but I'll be printing them up into 12 x 12 glossy prints from Scrapbooks Please ... then will attach holiday wrapped Rolos to each of the ornament bubbles! I'll personalize it for each family I give it to and while I'm at it, I'll probably personalize one for each of my kiddos (that way there is no fighting over the daily dose of chocolate)!
The project itself was pretty straight forward. The overall process was very similar to how I created my new recipe cards last week, so hop over and take a look at
that tutorial if you haven't seen it yet. Probably the more in depth aspect of this project is I used a combination of 5 digital kits. A piece from here, a piece from there... and I'm very happy with the end result. I think they'll make great, inexpensive gifts (with a fun personal touch)!
