2018 YW Presidency Planner + PRINTABLES!

I am SO excited about the YW Theme for 2018... "Peace in Christ" - based on D&C 19:23 which says, "Learn of me, and listen to my words; walk in the meekness of my Spirit, and you shall have peace in me." Oh how wonderful!! As soon as I heard the news - I let the colors do the talking and this is the update that resulted! I hope you like the bright, happy colors I picked and as I release more coordinating printables associated with the theme - I hope it will help the girls will be as giddy and as excited about it as I am!

If you are new to my YW Planner... this is the SIXTH year I've designed it and with the help of many repeat customers, year-after-year I've added new and improved sections for even more efficient planning! Below is a breakdown...

Each month has it's own planning section. As a new President (or existing) this helps keep you on track with EACH area you have responsibility and stewardship over. It tells you the things you should be discussing as a presidency, the things you should be planning, thinking about, working on, etc - and the best part? It gives you a really fun and creative place to record it all!

In addition to the monthly sections, there are several helpful sections in the back for additional larger scale planning for events like New Beginnings, YW in Excellence a MINI-Camp Planning section + an area to plan ahead for up to another year.

Other helpful sheets such as contact sheets, notes, lists, various trackers, calendars and budget ledgers are included as well.

For the second year running - I've also designed a set of matching YW Planner Stickers! What I LOVE about this addition is you can use the cute coordinating stickers with my planner - or with any planner you currently use! It can, essentially, turn ANY planner into a YW Planner! Some of the stickers included... Class Activities, Combined YW, YM/YW, Firesides, Dances, Camp, Teach, Standards Night + tons of flags, ribbons, washi and other accent stickers to bring attention to other YW items you record in your planner. These sheets are designed for the "Print & Cut" feature on a Silhouette - I've included written instructions with screen shots and you can also watch this tutorial I did on YouTube (HERE).

This is the coordianting pen insert page that's included with both my YW Planner and YW 2018 Theme Journal - but I got lots of non-YW ladies begging for the pens... so I figured I could just do it as a freebie!

Please PIN this post, then download the freebie Pen Insert file HERE!

My coordinating collection for 2018 YW Printables is growing... watch for more to be released throughout the months of September and October!

Happy Printing!

  5. HELP! I have ordered the file, but cannot figure out how to edit it. (add in everyone's bdays, contact info, etc.) Do you already have a tutorial on how to do that? If so, would you be kind enough to direct me to it? And THANK YOU for designing these. I inherited one when I came in to the presidency halfway through last year and have absolutely loved it.
