It's Week 3 of my "Sunday Sentiments Series" and I decided instead of sharing just one quote... I'd share all 15 quotes that I made up from this session of General Conference! Was it just me or were this weekend's sessions just amazing?! I could have listened to President Monson and Elder Holland all night! It was also nice to be armed with my new General Conference Journal (HERE); I went wild and took notes like a college student on finals week. :) I have about a dozen more quotes I want to do and I'm sure you'll see those pop up from time to time as this series continues (posted every Sunday at 6 pm EST). I sure hope as you browse the quotes, you'll find some of your favorites to frame or add to an album!

Hi, Colette! Thank you so much for sharing your talents! Would you be willing to make these in Portuguese too? I could give you the words. Hugs from Brazil. Dani

Thank you so much for these! I was thrilled to see both my and my teen daughter's favorite quotes in your collection. :) Also, I really want to thank you for your GC Journals. I printed them this year for me and my two teens and while my son didn't use it a ton, my daughter and I both did. I so enjoyed Conference this year! Thank you for sharing your time and talents!
ReplyDeleteThe quote "You must become the rock the river cannot wash away." was by Richad J Maynes
ReplyDeleteHi, Anonymous... :) Thanks for pointing that out - it's always good to be accurate. Actually, yes - Elder Maynes did say that, but he quoted it as an anonymous quote, so that's why I labeled it like that. He wasn't claiming it to be his.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Thank you, Thank you! This are amazing.

ReplyDeleteColette! Your divine potter one was a feature on LDS Living's 15 Inspiring Conference Memes this morning. Congrats and nice work, as usual!
ReplyDeleteHi. The quote, "Good timber...." that was quoted by Pres. Monson is from a poem by Douglas Malloch.
ReplyDelete(Just FYI.) :D
