Freebie Friday: TicTacToe 3 Spooks in a Row!

Colette - Did you ever get your giveaway package? I don't remember hearing from you. Hope you enjoyed it! Hey question... how do you do the white little 1/3 quarter circle thing that makes it look like it is glossy and has a shine coming off of it. I just love it and can't figure out how to do that, or if it just comes with whichever element you are using. Thanks! Julie
