Who doesn't *LOVE* to eat raw chocolate chip cookie dough? It's a delicacy at our house! But would you serve it to your guests or deliver a plate of it to a friend? What if I told you I had an awesome egg-free cookie dough recipe, which made it not only safe to eat... but safe to serve to your family, friends and guests? My sister and I have been on a quest to find the *BEST* raw cookie dough recipe and after testing several and making a few modifications... this one is our FAVORITE!
Plus, did you know cookie dough tastes even better when it's dipped in chocolate? It transforms them into amazing balls of yumminess that leave people speechless. This recipe also works great as a frosting on chocolate cupcakes, as delectable chunks in homemade ice-cream or straight from the bowl!

ReplyDeleteI tend to make lots of cookie dough and keep it in the deep freezer so we always have some ready to go.
They are forever trying to get me to let them eat it raw and I simply won't for fear of sickness or whatever.
Thanks for sharing!

Yum!! Thanks for the recipe. I always feel like an over-the-top mom when I worry about kiddo's getting ill from raw eggs....now I have the perfect (and tasty) solution!!
ReplyDeleteYum! I usually eat raw cookie dough without second thought (yes, I know - completely shameful). But since I am pregnant I kind of tend to shy away from such things. How much better have you just made this pregnancy! (now if I could only find the safe to eat sushi during pregnancy things would be just perfect!) Also, thanks for posting on Sugardoodle!
ReplyDeleteOMG I love cookie dough!!! I'm gonna have to try this!
ReplyDeleteReally!! that looks super tasty, and especially covered in chocolate:)
ReplyDeleteVisiting from justsewsassy.com
I am so incredibly hungry and totally wish I were at home to make this... stupid diet... I actually am under the plateau weight I have been at for the past 4-6 weeks so as good as this looks, I am going to continue torturing myself, because that plateau was REALLY hard to get past. I could eat a whole tray of those right now and never be happier but I would be so sad in the morning on the scale. Thanks for linking and don't forget to send me your address for winning the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteOk so I read this and then I dropped everything I was doing (the laptop ha) and ran to the dollar store to get the chocolate chips to make this. And OMG its delicious.
