I'm loving all of these gift tag sets she's been making... so cute and creative! This set comes with six 2" tags that can be attached to little treats, then paired together to make up a very cute gift basket! Plus... if you notice, the individual tags would make great thank you's and thinking of you's for anyone, anytime! Definitely a good printable to have in your collection!
Also, the main tag on the front comes with a few variations (dad, daddy, papa, grandpa) + a Happy Father's Day - so no matter the relation, there's a tag for that! I recommend printing on glossy white photo paper for best results, then you can punch the smaller tags with a 2" punch or just trim with scissors. Next, attach each one to a little treat (several suggestions provided on the PDF) and combine in a basket!
