I wanted to share with everyone how I plan my menus each week. I'm not one to list things out by day and REALLY plan a REAL menu... but what I like to do is dig through my pantry and figure out what I CAN make with what I already have. I list those entrees on the right side which gives me a quick reference list and I don't have to think or plan ahead too much to pull a decent dinner off. At the same time, I discover what I NEED and start keeping a list - so when I DO finally get to the store, I can fill in the gaps I found as I made my menu.
Simply print, laminate, hang with ribbon on your fridge and use a dry erase marker!
