{Recipe} Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Don't those look yummy?!!

This is BY FAR, the yummiest Fall cookie recipe I have.

And you won't believe how easy they are to make!

Two ingredients... that's it!

All you need is a Spice cake mix and a 15 oz can of pumpkin!

Simply empty the dry mix into a bowl and stir in the pumpkin until it turns into a batter (it'll be a little bit lumpy, don't beat).  No eggs, no oil... NOTHING else but pumpkin and the mix!  Once the batter forms, drop spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes.  Of course, they are perfect with cream cheese frosting and Fall sprinkles!

ENJOY!!

PS... I love comments, followers and FB fans - and especially love it when you stop by my Etsy Shop!

I use this exact recipe with one exception. To me, everything tastes a little better with chocolate so try adding some chocolate chips to this recipe to take it a little over the edge. YUM!

These cute cookies look like little baked potatoes with sour cream and shredded cheese on top!
